1. ¿What does "social networkplace" mean to you?
It is a reality, today think in a company with out this, It is having an outdated thinking. People sometimes stay more time in the work place than in home, coexist more with coworkers than the family, so the H.R. policies needs to consider this to offer people a better place to work and it will result in productivity.
The tendency is work in home, and technology is going to be an important element to the success or not, about that, or maybe not necessary in home but maybe in other city or country. In HR it is common to make videoconferences to recruitment previously to met a candidate, and this reduce a lot the cost and can extend the horizon of candidates.
2. Of the HR elements of slides 8-12, which one do you feel has the most impact?
For me, the most impact element is "we need leaders and change champions, not just managers" but it is necessary to include the "technology is most effective when is invisible".
Why? Because I consider that the "change" comes for any part or the company, but to have a real impact, it is necessary the participation of all the personal, and this is the principal job of a leader, make people to believe and accept change, and now, in ours days the technology is an important element to develop companies to remain in market, the correct develop means the difference to just survive, grow up or close.
